Meet Jake Swanson
Behind the goatee is a BBA and
a decade of real estate expertise.
With a background in finance from the Okanagan School of Business and almost a decade at RE/MAX All Pro Realty in Trail, Jake brings a clear, measured approach to buying and selling. He walks clients through Property Transfer Tax exemptions, FHSA credits, and what they can realistically expect to walk away with, so there are no surprises later.
He doesn’t rush decisions or push deals that don’t hold up. If something makes sense, he’ll help you act on it with confidence. If it doesn’t, he’ll tell you. In his experience, the right opportunities tend to come together when the timing and the numbers are right.

Board of Director of KSCU | VP Beaver Valley Nitehawks
Jake Swanson serves on the Board of Directors of Kootenay Savings Credit Union and as Vice-President of the Beaver Valley Nitehawks Junior Hockey Club. His work in both roles speaks to a long-standing investment in local decision-making and community sport.
The Swanson Crew

Jake lives in Fruitvale with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Elizabeth and Theo.
Family is at the center of everything he does, and it shapes how he works with clients—steady, honest, and focused on what actually matters long-term. He’s not there to pressure decisions or overcomplicate things. He’s there to walk you through the numbers, give you a straight answer, and help you make a decision you’ll feel good about later.
He’s built his life in the West Kootenay, and he works with people the same way he lives in the community: straightforward, approachable, and invested.
